Frequently Asked Questions about Wrike and Click-Up Implementation and Deployement

things you want to know

FAQs

1. Why not just use a template from Wrike or ClickUp?

Templates are great for inspiration, but they’re built for average teams—not yours. Every team has its own processes, goals, and quirks. I help you create a workspace that actually fits how you work, not just how someone thinks you should work.

2. We’re busy. How much time will this take from our team?

The honest answer will be – “it depends”. I focus on doing the heavy lifting: configuring, optimising, and testing. However, you and your team must attend key workshops, onboarding sessions, and review sessions. The exact time commitment depends on your workflow complexity and how much customisation is needed. That’s why I dedicate plenty of time upfront to scoping the engagement – so you’ll know exactly what’s required before we begin.

3. Can you work with us if we’ve already set up part of our workspace?

Absolutely. Many of my clients already have something built, it’s just not quite working the way they hoped. I can audit what you have, refine your structure, and optimise it without starting from scratch.

4. Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes. You can add a retainer package for ongoing support, quarterly audits, or custom training. Many clients like having someone “on call” for adjustments as their team and processes evolve.
5. Do you work with other platforms besides Wrike and ClickUp?

My primary focus is Wrike and ClickUp – those are the platforms I know inside and out (and yes, I used to work at both). If you’re currently using something else and considering a switch, I can also help guide you through the migration process.

6. What if my team isn’t very tech-savvy?
That’s okay! I specialise in making these platforms approachable for everyone not just power users. Your team will get clear instructions, recorded training, and support so no one feels left behind.
7. Is there a “magic formula” to productivity?

Nope. (Sorry, no wands or secret spells here!) But there is a proven process: clear structure, practical workflows, and engaged team adoption. I help you get all three in place so your workspace feels magical because it finally works.
